Products<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Product Descriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing displayed in-store, in catalogues, or online are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, finish, packaging, or specification may occur due to manufacturer changes, and we do not guarantee that all details are error-free at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Products are subject to availability. The Customer is responsible for confirming the suitability and compatibility of any part or tool with their specific machinery or application prior to purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Orders and Payment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Placing an Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders may be placed in-store, over the phone, or through our website\/online channels (where applicable). An order is only confirmed once payment (in full or as agreed) has been received and acknowledged by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the point of sale. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept the following payment methods (select\/edit as applicable to your store):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash on delivery \/ cash in-store<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit\/debit card (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full payment is generally required prior to dispatch unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing with the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery and Shipping<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery timelines provided at the time of order are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier services, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control will not make us liable for compensation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided, or upon collection from our store, whichever applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer must inspect Products upon delivery\/collection and report any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping and delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated to the Customer prior to order confirmation and are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion, where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Warranty<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty applies to a Product, the terms of that warranty will be passed on to the Customer as provided by the manufacturer\/supplier. We do not provide any additional warranty beyond what is stated on the Product packaging, invoice, or manufacturer documentation, unless explicitly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repair, or use outside the Product&#8217;s intended application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Customer Responsibilities<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure that the Products purchased are suitable for the intended technical or engineering application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines for installation, operation, and maintenance of all tools and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate delivery and contact information at the time of order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use appropriate safety equipment and precautions when handling tools, machinery, and parts purchased from us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any Product purchased from us, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or damage to machinery resulting from improper use or installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific Product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the Customer&#8217;s failure to follow manufacturer safety instructions or industry best practices when using engineering tools or equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Intellectual Property<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content displayed in our store, catalogues, website, or marketing materials \u2014 including logos, product images, descriptions, and branding \u2014 is the property of Insolax Engineering Store or its respective licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
